How to Apply for Assistance

Our application process is designed to be clear and straightforward.

Step 1: Confirm Your Eligibility

To qualify for our programs, you must be a current resident of Mayfield or Graves County and demonstrate a financial need.

Step 2: Gather Your Information

To help us assess your application, you may be asked to provide documents such as:

• Proof of residency (e.g., a utility bill or lease agreement)

• A valid form of identification

• Information regarding your income and expenses

• The bill or expense for which you are requesting assistance
